This writing focuses on the problem of preservation of Old Believer cultural traditions in nowadays. Vyatka State University ethnography specialists outfit to Kirov district gave a large-scale material on festive traditions in Old Believers villages there, in fact, on pecularities of church feast celebration. The author presents the results of expedition in 2005, paying special attention to traditional folk celebration of church feasts – to traits of domestic culture (food, games, fortune-telling etc.)
