Traditions, culture and customs of Lipovan Old Believers.

The author gives an outline of history and cultural traditions of the Old Beliefe adherents on the territory of the former Polish state (Rzech Pospolita) from the 18th century till nowadays. The ethnographic aspects of the Old Beliver traditions are given here in particular - specific traits of folk costumes, food and customs of holiday celebration. Close interrelation of the Lipovan Old Believer religic and everyday life makes the basis for preservation of the faith foundations and their own peculiar folk culture in nowadays as well.
